Shiv Aum Steels Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a proposal for alteration in the company’s share capital by way of subdivision/split of existing equity shares of Rs 10 each.
