Safa Systems board to review financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026

Safa Systems & Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, at its registered office in Ernakulam, Kerala, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for company directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons remains closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared.
