Jubilant FoodWorks extends Company Secretary Mona Aggarwal’s tenure to March 2027

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the resignation of Ms. Mona Aggarwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), has been extended until March 31, 2027, to facilitate an orderly transition of responsibilities, superseding the previously communicated resignation date of November 13, 2026; the reason for resignation remains unchanged as Ms. Aggarwal pursuing other opportunities.
