Usha Martin Limited to review financial results at a board meeting November 13, 2026

Usha Martin Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, 13th November 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The company will also keep the ‘trading window’ closed for ‘designated persons and their immediate relatives’ for 48 hours after the results are declared, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
