Athena Global Technologies to review Q2 financial results at November board meeting

Athena Global Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons.
