Earthstahl & Alloys Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, 13th September, 2026, to approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the half-year ended 30th September, 2026, along with a limited review report, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since 1st October, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
