Welspun Enterprises divested its stake in NXT- Infra MCP Highways for approximately Rs 339.38 crore

Welspun Enterprises Limited announced the completion of the divestment of its remaining stake in associate company NXT- Infra MCP Highways Private Limited on November 5, 2026, receiving a total consideration of approximately Rs 339.38 crore. The transaction, initiated with a Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement dated June 09, 2022, involved transferring the equity shareholding to NXT-Infra Trust, a registered Infrastructure Investment Trust, and reduces Welspun Enterprises’ stake in NXT Infra MCP to Nil. As of March 31, 2026, Welspun Enterprises’ proportionate share in the net worth of NXT Infra MCP was Rs 27.94 crore.
