Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited granted equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme

Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 54,728 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of options under the Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited – Employees Stock Option Scheme 2022. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 31,70,44,383 consisting of 31,70,44,383 equity shares to Rs 31,70,99,111 consisting of 31,70,99,111 equity shares.
