IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, India’s first and largest publicly listed power sector infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, reporting operational revenue of Rs 872 crore, a 8.4% year-on-year increase, and operational EBITDA of Rs 782 crore, up 7.9%. The company also signed Securities Purchase Agreements to acquire two EnerGrid transmission projects in Himachal Pradesh with a combined enterprise value of up to Rs 6,650 crore, and commissioned a 250 MW / 500 MWh standalone battery storage project in Rajasthan and an inter-state transmission project in Madhya Pradesh. IndiGrid’s board approved a distribution per unit (DPU) of Rs 4.12 for the quarter, in line with a full-year guidance of Rs 16.48.
