DFPCL established Prayas Institute for Future Readiness to focus on education and skill development

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (DFPCL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company limited by guarantee under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, named “Prayas Institute for Future Readiness,” on November 4, 2026, to undertake charitable and not-for-profit activities in education, vocational training, skill development, research, and employability enhancement. DFPCL has committed to contribute up to Rs 10,00,000 in the event of winding up of Prayas, as specified in its Memorandum of Association, and the subsidiary is a related party to the company with no promoters or promoter group interests beyond that relationship.
