Innova Captab to review quarterly and half-year financials at a board meeting

Innova Captab Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for securities of Innova Captab Limited, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
