Western Carriers board convenes November 14 to review financial results and audit reports

Western Carriers (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on November 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports from the company’s statutory auditors. Trading in the company’s securities was closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
