Federal Bank allotted 175,042 equity shares under various employee stock option schemes

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 1,75,042 equity shares on November 5, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017, and ESIS 2023 schemes. The allotments included 10,914 shares under ESOS 2010, 1,59,433 shares under ESOS 2017, and 4,625 shares under ESIS 2023, all with a face value of Rs 2 each, to option grantees after payment of money.
