Prima Agro Limited to appoint new leadership following Chairman and CFO resignations

Prima Agro Limited will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to note the demise of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. S. K. Gupta, whose DIN was 00248760, as well as the resignations of Chief Financial Officer Ms. Swati Gupta and Independent Director Ms. Mayuri Sinha, whose DIN was 08915515; the board will also consider the appointment of Ms. Swati Gupta as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Krishnakumar M K as Chief Financial Officer.
