Prima Industries board to meet November 12th to address financial results and leadership changes

Prima Industries Ltd. will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to note the demise of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. S. K. Gupta, whose DIN was 00248760. The board will also consider the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Mr. Kushagra Gupta and Independent Director Ms. Mayuri Sinha, whose DIN was 08915515, and will consider the appointment of Mr. Kushagra Gupta as Managing Director and Mr. Ladhu Singh as Chief Financial Officer, along with assigning the role of Group Chairperson to Ms. Swati Gupta.
