Jhandewalas Foods Limited to review financials and auditor appointment at November board meeting

Jhandewalas Foods Limited will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider the resignation of the company’s statutory auditor, alongside a proposal to appoint a new auditor. The board will also consider altering the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association and review the composition of the board and its committees, as announced to the BSE Limited - SME Platform.
