Meghmani Organics Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.47% to Rs 55.62 after the company's net profit plunged by 29.69% to Rs 33.88 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 22.86% to Rs 666.92 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Pesticides & Agrochemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.82 lakh crore, heading higher 10.51%. It has slipped by 3.14% over last one week and tumbled 21.32% in last one month while the market capitalization of Meghmani Organics Ltd has marginally improved by 1.39% and 5.86% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Meghmani Organics Ltd stood at Rs 47.95 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 83.79% year-on-year, and crashing by 28.41% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 53 crore, jumping 118.13% YoY and tumbling by 38.28% sequentially.
Total expenses surged 31.46% to Rs 624.07 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 440.55 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 46.35% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 36.28 crore, registering a growth of 7.72% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 4.53% to Rs 2173.96 crore, while net profit tumbled by 371.13% to Rs 28.74 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 10869% to Rs 80.02 crore, and PBT jumped 555.12% to Rs 62.04 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 221.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 66.22 crore in FY25.
Meghmani Organics Ltd nosedived by 28.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 7.38% during the same period.
