Ujjivan Small Finance Bank approves allotment of equity shares under its ESOP plan

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 12,08,163 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank -Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up capital from Rs 19,52,96,49,200 to Rs 19,54,17,30,830.
