Aurobindo Pharma transfers Russian subsidiary Auro Pharma LLC for roughly Rs 29 crore

Aurobindo Pharma Limited announced that its board of directors approved the transfer of ownership of Auro Pharma LLC, Russia, from Auro Active Pharma Private Limited to Auropharm Overseas Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of the company. The transaction, undertaken as part of an internal reorganization, involves a cash consideration of approximately Rs 29 crore and is expected to be completed within 60-90 days. Auro Pharma LLC, incorporated in Russia on July 24, 2023, had a turnover of nil for the financial years ending March 31, 2026, 2025, and 2024.
