Vineet Laboratories Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. SVRL & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 years, commencing from the conclusion of the 10th AGM in 2026 until the conclusion of the 16th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
