Aarvi Encon Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the Board of Directors' meeting convened on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, was adjourned at 06:05 P.M. (IST) to resume on November 13, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. (IST) to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the trading window for dealing in the company's securities was closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until November 15, 2026.
