Interarch Building Solutions Limited, formerly Interarch Building Products Limited, announced that the Board of Directors has approved the elevation of Mr. Manish Kumar Garg from Executive Director & CEO to Managing Director & CEO for a consecutive term of five years, effective November 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval and other necessary approvals, accompanied by a revision in his remuneration.
