Prakash Pipes Limited to review financial results at November board meeting in New Delhi

Prakash Pipes Limited will hold a board meeting on November 12, 2026, in New Delhi to consider the unaudited financial results with limited review for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public, in compliance with Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
