POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, the investment manager to POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (“PGInvIT”), will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with Tuesday, November 17, 2026, set as the record date.
