Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with limited review reports. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
