Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that Ms. Swati Gupta has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer, with her resignation taking effect from November 4, 2026. The resignation is necessitated due to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Company consequent to the demise of the existing Managing Director.
