SGL Resources Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Nehal Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2026, following a board meeting held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The board also accepted the resignation of Ms. Rekha Vishal Jhanwar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 30, 2026, citing personal reasons and a new professional opportunity. SGL Resources Limited also disclosed unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
