Trans India House Impex Limited adds three independent directors for five-year terms

Trans India House Impex Limited announced the appointment of three additional independent directors to its board: Manish Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 07685063), Ashutosh Kumar Dubey (DIN: 07621637), and Siddheshwar Kumar Upadhyay (DIN: 07871728), each for a term of five years commencing November 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointments also led to a reconstitution of the company’s Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee.
