Cosmo First Ltd share price inched up 3.18% to Rs 763.3 after the company's net profit surged by 83.40% to Rs 98.58 crore, while revenue from operations gained 19.07% to Rs 1387.86 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Packaging industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 51176.51 crore, rallying 17.20%. It has eased by 0.69% over last one week and edged lower by 1.33% in last one month while the market capitalization of Cosmo First Ltd has improved by 3.91% and 12.43% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Cosmo First Ltd stood at Rs 98.19 crore in Q3 FY26, jumping 71.33% year-on-year, and surging by 38.82% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 110 crore, expanding by 41.49% YoY and falling 11.99% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 20.20% to Rs 1283.15 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 964.78 crore, going up by 11.23% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 100.24 crore, inching up 3.37% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 25.69% to Rs 3638.72 crore, while net profit expanded by 16.95% to Rs 155.98 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 24982% to Rs 281.27 crore, and PBT soared 22.91% to Rs 200.52 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 396.73 crore in FY26, as against Rs 166.37 crore in FY25.
Cosmo First Ltd tumbled by 12.55% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 8.41% during the same period.
