Maple Infrastructure Trust confirms no deviations in proceeds from debenture and unit issuances

Maple Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, reported no deviations or variations in the use of proceeds from the issuance of non-convertible debentures of Rs 700 crore allotted on August 28, 2026, and units issued on a preferential basis for an amount aggregating to Rs 17,559,825,920 allotted on November 20, 2025, according to a filing with the BSE Limited.
