Renaissance Global’s equity capital rises with allotment of shares and Rs 19.25 million realized

Renaissance Global Limited announced the allotment of 17,500 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the Renaissance Global – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. The company’s paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 21,49,30,442 comprising 10,74,65,221 equity shares of Rs 2 each, up from Rs 21,48,95,442 and 10,74,47,721 shares respectively. The allotment resulted in Rs 19,25,000 realized from the exercise of options, and the shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
