Sanghvi Brands Limited deployed Rs 771.70 crore of public issue funds through September 2026

Sanghvi Brands Limited announced that it has utilized Rs 771.70 crore of funds raised through its public issue as of September 30, 2026, according to a statement filed with the BSE Limited, with Rs 96.29 crore remaining to be utilized for business expansion, including expanding outlets and developing new brands. The company also reported Rs 500.00 crore was utilized for marketing and sales promotion, Rs 71.42 crore for strategic investments, Rs 284.42 crore for general corporate purposes, and Rs 225.55 crore for issue expenses.
