Shreeji Shipping promoters to sell 30,00,000 shares via NSE in November 2026

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited said promoters Ashokkumar Haridas Lal and Jitendra Haridas Lal will proceed with an offer for sale of 30,00,000 equity shares, representing 1.84% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital, through the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 3, 2026, for non-retail investors and November 4, 2026, for retail investors, foregoing an oversubscription option to sell an additional 13,50,000 shares.
