CARE Ratings Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 16,133 equity shares to employees under the CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 30,13,26,120 consisting of 3,01,32,612 equity shares to Rs 30,14,87,450 consisting of 3,01,48,745 equity shares.
