CMPDI appoints Swapnali Basu as Head of Internal Audit & Compliance, effective November 3

CMPDI announced the appointment of Smt. Swapnali Basu as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) upon assuming charge as Head of Department (HoD) of Internal Audit & Compliance (IAD), according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 3, 2026. Ms. Basu holds a B.COM (Hons) degree and has over 30 years of experience in various finance sections including cost and budget, treasury, central accounts, sales, taxation, payroll, and internal audit.
