TVS Supply Chain Solutions increases equity share capital via stock option plan exercise

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced on November 3, 2026, that it has allotted 7,63,750 equity shares of Rs 1/- each, fully paid-up, pursuant to the exercise of options under the TVS SCS Management Incentive Plan II, 2018 and the TVS Supply Chain Solutions Employee Stock Option Plan, 2021, increasing the issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 44,12,23,777 comprising of 44,12,23,777 equity shares to Rs 44,19,87,527 comprising of 44,19,87,527 equity shares.
