Shivamshree Businesses Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved availing fresh credit facilities aggregating to Rs 1000.00 Lacs from Bank of Baroda, Ambawadi Branch, comprising a Term Loan I of Rs 400.00 Lacs, Term Loan II of Rs 125.00 Lacs, and Cash Credit of Rs 475.00 Lacs, for business requirements, with the creation of security charges in favor of the bank.
