Shetron Limited shareholders will vote on director appointments, including Mr. Menon and Mr. Rao

Shetron Limited’s board of directors has recommended the appointment of Mr. Mohan Narayan Menon as an Independent Director for a period of two years, and the re-appointment of Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao as an Independent Director for a term of five years, both subject to shareholder approval. The board also recommended the appointment of Mrs. Raksha Mally as a Director. The appointments will be put to a vote by shareholders via postal ballot, with details to be submitted later.
