Shetron Limited proposes appointments of three directors, subject to shareholder approval

Shetron Limited’s board of directors has recommended the appointment of Mr. Mohan Narayan Menon as an Independent Director for a period of two years, and the re-appointment of Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao as an Independent Director for a term of five years, both subject to shareholder approval. The board also recommended the appointment of Mrs. Raksha Mally as a Director. The appointments will be put to a vote via postal ballot, with details to be submitted later.
