Synergy Green Industries Ltd share price gained 0.54% to Rs 556.1 after the company's net profit plunged by 49.75% to Rs 5.08 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 54.07% to Rs 115.78 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Castings & Forgings industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.04 lakh crore, easing 3.60%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Synergy Green Industries Ltd stood at Rs 5.29 crore in Q3 FY26, tanking 258.38% year-on-year, and tumbling by 50.51% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 11 crore, expanding by 54.96% YoY and jumping 157.66% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 44.46% to Rs 114.44 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 51.02 crore, surging by 22.61% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.15 crore, registering a growth of 7.94% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 1.15% to Rs 366.42 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 72.41% to Rs 4.66 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 5718% to Rs 29.42 crore, and PBT tumbled by 69.79% to Rs 7.55 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 19.27 crore in FY26, as against Rs 16.39 crore in FY25.
Synergy Green Industries Ltd ticked higher by 4.59% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 9.87% during the same period.
