Ceigall India Limited invests Rs 86.32 crore to build 10.3 km spur connectivity in Punjab

Ceigall India Limited announced that its Management Committee approved a further investment of Rs 86.32 crore in its step-down subsidiary, Ceigall Ambala Chandigarh Zirakpur Limited, a project special purpose vehicle incorporated on April 28, 2026, to execute an infrastructure development project for the construction of a 10.300 km spur connectivity in Punjab, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India; the investment will comprise Rs 17.26 crore in equity share capital and Rs 69.06 crore as unsecured loans.
