Natural Agro Zone Limited, formerly known as SBL Infratech Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 31, 2026, from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Central Processing Centre, officially approving the change of name.
