Arkade Developers Limited announced it has acquired 100% of Woollen and Textile Industries Limited (WTIL) for a cash consideration of Rs 145.51 crore, making WTIL a wholly owned subsidiary, according to a regulatory filing on November 3, 2026. WTIL, incorporated on February 10, 1951, operates in the real estate sector and reported a turnover of Rs 0.18 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 0.73 crore in 2023-24 and Rs 0.45 crore in 2024-25, with the acquisition intended to facilitate expansion in the real estate sector.
