T.V. Today Network Ltd share price inched up 1.19% to Rs 99.17. The Company's net profit plunged by 24.46% to Rs 7.75 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 5.74% to Rs 194.38 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of T.V. Today Network Ltd stood at Rs 10.65 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 6556.25% year-on-year, and nosediving by 23.33% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, tumbling by 59.04% YoY and tanking 114.55% sequentially.
Total expenses slightly declined by 2.31% to Rs 193.85 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 84.05 crore, softening 5.34% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations contracted by 18.56% to Rs 808.7 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 75.53% to Rs 20.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 5165% to Rs 9.89 crore, and PBT collapsed by 73.07% to Rs 29.92 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 10.43 crore in FY26, as against Rs 121.59 crore in FY25.
T.V. Today Network Ltd crashed 32.03% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 9.87% during the same period.
