Rupa & Company Ltd share price gained 1.50% to Rs 121.55 after the company's net profit jumped 107.02% to Rs 17.1 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 58.57% to Rs 318.75 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Garments & Apparels industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.01 lakh crore, rising 6.52%. It has marginally improved by 2.55% over last one week and edged lower by 7.24% in last one month while the market capitalization of Rupa & Company Ltd has improved by 1.80% and 24.78% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Rupa & Company Ltd stood at Rs 22.02 crore in Q3 FY26, advancing by 12.12% year-on-year, and rallying 80.05% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 20 crore, jumping 21.03% YoY and surging by 94.40% sequentially.
Total expenses soared by 56.61% to Rs 298.25 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 197.84 crore, soaring by 26.51% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 19.27 crore, surging 15.25% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 1.60% to Rs 1253.86 crore, while net profit declined by 12.97% to Rs 72.49 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 11214% to Rs 92.5 crore, and PBT declined 13.43% to Rs 97.75 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 45.27 crore in FY26, as against Rs 58.62 crore in FY25.
Rupa & Company Ltd crashed 37.07% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 9.87% during the same period.
