Thacker & Company Ltd share price remained flat to Rs 945.0 after the company's net profit surged by 119.05% to Rs 1.38 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 7.27% to Rs 0.59 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Thacker & Company Ltd stood at Rs 1.79 crore in Q3 FY26, rising 8.48% year-on-year, and surging by 132.47% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, gaining 6.19% YoY and expanding by 98.08% sequentially.
Total expenses posted a minor rise of 7.50% to Rs 0.43 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.02 crore, remaining flat YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations plunged by 24.10% to Rs 2.33 crore, while net profit dropped 13.03% to Rs 3.07 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 451% to Rs 5.08 crore, and PBT slipped by 9.95% to Rs 3.89 crore compared to previous TTM.
Thacker & Company Ltd tumbled by 40.94% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 9.87% during the same period.
