Gamco Ltd share price softened by 0.91% to Rs 42.48 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 81.35% to Rs 6.07 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 23.85% to Rs 140.58 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Other Financial Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 65375.45 crore, improving 10.42%. It has eased by 2.18% over last one week and crept higher by 6.84% in last one month while the market capitalization of Gamco Ltd has slipped by 3.87% and 14.80% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Gamco Ltd stood at Rs 6.13 crore in Q3 FY26, nosediving by 162.23% year-on-year, and tanking 82.63% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, crashing by 155.36% YoY and plunging by 83.96% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 71.89% to Rs 134.81 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.24 crore, dipping slightly 4% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 390.03% to Rs 301.42 crore, while net profit tanked by 825.58% to Rs 46.8 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 567% to Rs 45.46 crore, and PBT collapsed by 669.30% to Rs 44.69 crore compared to previous TTM.
Gamco Ltd ticked higher by 4.71% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 11.78% during the same period.
