Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd share price slipped 2.75% to Rs 999.65 after the company's net profit eased 3.27% to Rs 28.08 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 21.08% to Rs 512.96 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd stood at Rs 36.14 crore in Q3 FY26, jumping 6025.42% year-on-year, and slipping 2.56% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 58 crore, surging by 237.73% YoY and gaining 2.49% sequentially.
Total expenses surged 23.47% to Rs 470.7 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 294.62 crore, slightly declining by 0.99% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 26.81 crore, rising by 9.52% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 1.10% to Rs 1481.66 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 62.95% to Rs 38.21 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 20148% to Rs 124.29 crore, and PBT tanked by 60.16% to Rs 53.95 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 170.7 crore in FY26, as against Rs 41.24 crore in FY25.
Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd tumbled by 18.95% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 11.78% during the same period.
