Coal India's October coal production rose 19.3% to 67.2 million tonnes, per SEBI filings

Coal India Limited reported provisional coal production of 67.2 million tonnes for October 2026, a 19.3% increase compared to 56.4 million tonnes in the same period last year. The company's total offtake for October 2026 reached 70.3 million tonnes, up 18.7% from 59.2 million tonnes in the prior year. Subsidiary companies ECL, BCCL, NCL, WCL, SECL, MCL, and NEC also reported production and offtake figures for the month, with Coal India disclosing the data in compliance with SEBI (LoDR) Regulations 2015.
