Capital India Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
